Return & Refund Policy

At Niteendo, we want you to have a seamless shopping experience, and your satisfaction is our top priority. Before placing an order, we kindly request you to carefully read the product description and refer to the sizing chart provided to ensure you choose the correct size. Also, please double-check and provide accurate information about yourself during checkout to avoid any issues with your order.

Returns Policy: As all our items are made-to-order and we do not maintain inventory for each product, we currently do not accept returns. However, if you need to make any corrections to your order, please reach out to our customer service within 24 hours of placing the order. Once your order is sent to our fulfillment centers, cancellation will no longer be possible.

If, by any chance, you receive an incorrect order, please inform us immediately, and we will promptly send you the correct item. In such cases, there’s no need to return the wrong item – consider it a gift from us to you!

Order Cancellation: You can only cancel your order and request a refund within 24 hours of placing it, as all items are made-to-order. Once the 24-hour window has passed, your order will be processed and sent to our fulfillment centers, and cancellation will no longer be possible.

Refunds:

  • Late Delivery or Missing Order: In case of a late delivery or if your order is missing, we offer a 50% refund after 45 days of placing the order and a full refund after 60 days of placing the order.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or has defects, you can request a replacement or a full refund. Please provide photo proof within 10 days of delivery, as shown by the tracking website and your order’s shipping label.

Please note that we generally cannot process refund requests due to customer error, such as selecting incorrect sizes, designs, colors, or providing the wrong shipping address.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as there may be processing time involved.
  3. Get in touch with your bank to inquire about any pending refunds.

Sale Items: Unfortunately, only regularly priced items can be refunded; sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges and Replacements: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 10 days after delivery, as indicated by the tracking website. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at [email protected] with photo proof.

Once we approve the photo, we will send a replacement to you. There’s no need to return the defective items.

Please note that we generally do not accept exchange requests resulting from customer error, such as selecting the wrong size, design, color, etc.
