A. SHIPPING COSTS:

B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME:

Orders are processed during our business hours, which are Monday through Friday, Pacific Standard Time, excluding Post Office holidays such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, Presidents’ Day, and Memorial Day.

The order cut-off time is 05:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles).

Handling Time:

Orders will be processed within 5 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday) from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Transit Time:

Transit Standard Shipping: Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via standard shipping, with an approximate transit time of 7 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday) to arrive at your designated delivery address.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions and shipping carrier delays.

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time

For standard shipping, you can anticipate an overall delivery time of approximately 12 to 17 business days (Monday to Friday)

During peak demand periods, such as holidays, Christmas, and New Year, shipping times may experience delays, leading to extended delivery durations beyond the usual timeframe.

C. DELIVERY TERMS:

We utilize the services of Port Express to ensure efficient and reliable product delivery.

D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS:

Once your order is in transit, we are unable to change the delivery address. If you need to modify the address, please contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of placing your order.

E. TRACKING:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. This will enable you to track your package until it is delivered to your doorstep.

F. CANCELLATIONS:

If you decide to cancel your order before receiving it, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. However, if the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy for further assistance.

G. PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT:

If you discover that a parcel is damaged during transit, please try to reject the parcel from the courier if possible, and immediately get in touch with our customer service. In case the parcel has been delivered in your absence, please contact customer service for guidance on the next steps.
